Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you place an order or otherwise use the website operated under the brand Biteable ("we", "us", "our"), owned and operated by Feutch AB, company registration number 559268-6470.
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of the Agreement
These Terms govern the sale of products via our website to consumers. By placing an order, a binding agreement is formed between you and Feutch AB once we have confirmed your order.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version available on the website at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.
3. Products and Availability
We sell dietary supplements intended for consumption as food supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
All product descriptions, images and information are provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, logos, product names and design, is the property of Biteable or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected country or region and include applicable VAT where required by law.
The final price, including shipping costs and any applicable taxes, is clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment is handled through Shopify Payments and its integrated payment methods, which may include card payments, Klarna, and other local payment solutions, as well as PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions and availability at any time, and to cancel or refuse orders placed based on incorrect information.
5. Order Process
An order is placed by completing the checkout process on our website. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock availability issues.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions made available during the checkout process. If your country is not selectable at checkout, delivery is not available to that location.
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Other countries: Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination and are presented at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are normally shipped the same day and always within 24 hours. The delivery times stated for each shipping option are counted from the time the package has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Sweden. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only. Please note that our warehouse does not operate during Swedish public holidays, which may affect processing times.
Customs & import fees
· Customers within the European Union will not be charged any customs duties or import fees, as VAT is included in the price at checkout.
· Customers in the United Kingdom will not be charged any additional import fees or customs duties on orders below £135, as UK VAT is included in the price at checkout.
· Customers in Norway will not be charged any additional import fees or customs duties on orders below 3.000 NOK, as Norwegian VAT is included in the price at checkout through the VOEC scheme.
· For orders to other countries outside the EU, UK, and Norway, local customs duties and import fees may apply upon delivery. These are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are incorrectly charged customs duties or import fees despite the above conditions, you must contact the shipping carrier or local customs authority directly (e.g., UPS, DHL or local customs office) to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for customs charges applied by local authorities and cannot refund such fees once imposed.
Delivery Address Requirements
The delivery address provided must be a valid and complete address where the recipient can receive deliveries during normal delivery hours. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address and selected shipping method are compatible.
Please note that certain carriers do not deliver to parcel lockers, service points, or pick-up locations unless explicitly selected at checkout. If an incompatible or incorrect address is provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 150 SEK / 15 EUR (or the equivalent amount in your local currency). This fee covers return shipping, handling, and administrative costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to dietary supplements or other food products where the sealed packaging has been opened or broken after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at info@trybiteable.com.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted after prior agreement via email.
If a return is approved:

The customer is responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping, customs duties and any other associated fees.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the returned items have been received and inspected.
9. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trybiteable.com.
In cases of verified production defects or incorrect deliveries, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Our products have a best-before date clearly stated on the bottom of the packaging.
10. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements and should be used as a supplement to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, you should consult a healthcare professional before using our products.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Feutch AB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.
Our total liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions or governmental actions.
13. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
