Returns

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, this right does not apply to dietary supplements or other food products where the sealed packaging has been opened or broken after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at info@trybiteable.com.

Returns are only accepted after prior agreement via email.

If a return is approved:

• The customer is responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping, customs duties and any other associated fees.

• Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the returned items have been received and inspected.
